Hi, this is Jim Lange. I’d like to talk about our webinars coming up on January 30th.
Though it is built for professors and TIAA participants, at least the first session―which is going to be about Roth IRA conversions―will actually be of interest and benefit to virtually all IRA and retirement plan owners who are interested in Roth IRAs and Roth IRA conversions. We are going to talk about the math of Roth IRA conversions in a way that you will not likely hear from anybody else.
We are also going to talk about the measurable differences between taking the best action and not doing anything, and we’re talking about the difference between your child being a millionaire or even a multi-millionaire versus not doing very well.
We are also going to talk about some of the advanced techniques like under the right conditions, how to convert traditional after-tax dollars inside an IRA or a retirement plan to a Roth without having to pay any taxes. Just think about this―your heirs can be hundreds of thousands of dollars better off, and it doesn’t cost you anything as long as you take the appropriate action.
We are going to talk about doing a Roth 403(b) or a Roth 401(k) conversion after you die. So, your kids can actually do an inherited Roth 403(b) or Roth 401(k) conversion after you die at their tax rates instead of your tax rates.
These are things that people just don’t talk about, so we are going to have all types of great information about Roth IRAs during the first session.
Then we are going to be talking about things that are more specific to professors. We are going to be talking about one of the greatest mysteries of life which is the optimal choices for withdrawing money from TIAA and CREF.
We are also going to be talking about the best estate plan for professors and unless you have heard me before, it is going to be new information, and it is very valuable.
And then we are going to have the Q&A where it is not going to just be me, but it is going to be me and also three of the number-crunching CPAs who actually get down and dirty into the nitty gritty. And by the way, in this area of particularly Roth conversions, it is math. It’s not a matter of opinion, it’s a matter of math. And some of them can be very helpful by explaining how we do it and how you can perhaps do it on your own if want to.
I would highly encourage to block time off―if not the whole day―at least look at the descriptions of the webinars and pick which ones you want to attend, mark your calendar, and take advantage of the free information.
And the other thing is that we have a slew of bonuses, and it would be worth watching the webinars just for the bonuses themselves.
I look forward to seeing you on the webinars! Thank you!
